Translating a global campaign into a sun-soaked, Mediterranean-inspired retail moment.

To launch the Armani Mare beauty collection, Armani Beauty partnered with Park Creative Studio to create a seasonal pop-up that brought the sun-soaked elegance of Cannes, Capri, and Porto Cervo to Vancouver. The brief: design a luxury retail experience that felt effortless yet elevated, transforming a high-traffic shopping centre into a Mediterranean-inspired escape.

Park’s concept blended natural materials and coastal design cues to evoke a modern beach club aesthetic. Rope-wrapped columns, timber frameworks, pastel surfboards, and branded life buoys layered in storytelling details, while soft palm frond graphics carried the Mare narrative across the space. At the heart of the outpost, a 100” digital screen displayed campaign content, anchoring the activation and drawing shoppers into the world of Armani Beauty. Playful additions like a custom foosball table and popsicle cart added lifestyle touches, while integrated makeup stations and curated product displays invited tactile discovery and interaction.

The Armani Mare pop-up proved how global brand stories can be distilled into real-life, locally relevant experiences. By combining narrative, materiality, and merchandising, Park transformed a high-traffic retail site into a shareable destination for beauty lovers, and a true extension of the Armani Mare world.
